How long will my order take?

Ready-made jewelry is delivered in approximately 3–5 business days across Sri Lanka. For customized and personalized jewelry, production takes up to 7 business days, with delivery within 10 days of order confirmation. Public holidays, weather and courier delays may affect these times.

Can I personalize my jewelry?

The collection includes pieces with names, initials, birthstones and engraving. Check the options on your chosen product and review your details carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel a personalized order?

Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please review the Terms & Conditions before ordering.

What if my order arrives with a problem?

For a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, contact alezajewelrylk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and a Return Merchandise Authorization is required. See the Terms & Conditions for full details.
