Orders

Customers must provide accurate checkout information, including:

    • Full Name

    • Delivery Address

    • Contact Number

    • Ring Size (if applicable)

    • Personalized Names, Initials or Engraving Details

ALÉZA Jewelry is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Customized & Personalized Orders

All customized and personalized jewelry is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Production begins once the order is confirmed, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping & Delivery

Customized & Personalized Jewelry

    • Production Time: Up to 7 business days

    • Delivery Time: Within 10 days from order confirmation

Ready-Made Jewelry

    • Delivery Time: Approximately 3–5 business days across Sri Lanka

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Product Images

Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to studio lighting, device screen settings, or handmade finishing. This is considered normal and does not affect the quality of the product.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for a verified manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alizajewelrylk@gmail.com with photos or a video of the issue, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the error was made by ALÉZA Jewelry. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return is accepted. The item will be inspected first, after which a refund or replacement will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry

    • Customer spelling or engraving mistakes

    • Incorrect ring size selected by the customer

    • Change of mind

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage from improper use or failure to follow the care guide

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, designs, logos, graphics, branding, and written content — belongs to ALÉZA Jewelry. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

ALÉZA Jewelry may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
